Nick Osullivan
about me
Hey, I’m Nick O’Sullivan and welcome to my website. I’d like you to watch my video and check me out to see how passionate I am about tennis coaching and athlete development. I have been tennis coaching for 13yrs: my coaching philosophy is based on mutual enjoyment of the lesson. I'm excited to problem solve, analyse, explain and fix. After coaching for 13yrs, I've realised this needs to be delivered in a fun, engaging and digestible way. I apply a high level of technical critique, as I believe efficiency is key to a long and enjoyable life in this sport.

SKILLS
ATHLETISM
- Level Up Continuing Education Fundamentals of Speed and Strength: The Field Athlete
NationalAs a junior tennis player, although I had some skill and luckily great coaches, I was lagging in my athletic development. Although I worked hard, I couldn't access my full potential. There were faster runners, stronger hitters and better movers and jumpers. In an attempt to sort this out and learn how to build an athlete, I am attempting to play Professional Ultimate Frisbee in America.
I have galvanised the best coaches in their field to break me down and hone me into an athletic machine. My training is a combination of:
Speed Mechanics (sprinting)
Calisthenics
Mobility
Lifting
Personal training
Lifting Coach
Bikram Yoga
Wym Hof breathing

I want to use this experience and knowledge to start giving you the athletic edge today and an even healthier tomorrow. I think I'm in the health industry and I want to use sport as a vehicle for a healthier life. Be a healthier Mum, Dad, Son, Daughter, Uncle and Grandmother - enjoy a healthy and active life enjoy doing it. Contact me to arrange a consultation.
